Nike Boom allows you to sync your music to your workouts with your “trainer” on the phone moving you along. First thing you do is pick a sport, then what kind of training you would like to do. Then you set intervals and the amount of time you want to work out. Then you select the playlist on the phone you would like to use.
Basically this app records the path your are running on. All you have to to do is push start and you are off! After you are done you can save your records.

In addition to running, you can also use this app when walking or cycling. Endomondo Sports Tracker has GPS tracking your time, distance, speed and calories. You also will get verbal feeback for every mile or KM. You can also create your own workout map, and listen to your own music. It also gives you the option to compete against other friends who have this app. To sign up for this app you are able to do it through facebook you want.

This app allows you to track any type of sport/workout you are doing. It doesn’t matter what. SportsTracker detects your speed, distance, time, pace and altitude gains and losses, heart and breathing rate among many other things. You can also create your own training plans.
