The first thing I do in the mornings after I wake up is take my puppy out for a walk -- my Droid X comes with me, of course!
I use foursquare to check in to my neighborhood's dog-walking path, CardioTrainer to log the walk as a workout, the Squeaky Fun Time app to amuse my pup if she gets cranky and doesn't want to walk, and a camera app (lately, Retro Camera) to take photos of the puppy when she does cute things like smell flowers.

I mainly just take a look at my Pure Calendar widget, which gives a great agenda by combining Google Calendar events and Astrid tasks in a simple list.
