The war cry of every EVO owner out there! I feel your pain. I've been on www.androidforums.com a lot since I got my EVO and they have a great thread where everyone shares their tips on improving battery life.

There are lots of good pointers in there!
Thanks alot Girl,
It helped alot. Turns out the Mobile Network seems to be draining my battery the most. And I found out I can turn that on and off really easily by holding the power button down (like I'm turning the phone off), then just tap Mobile NEtwork ON/OFF. Luckily I don't have any apps that need it to run constantly. It's not ideal but at least my phone will last the whole day. Thanks for you help.

EVO Battery life
RealS2H says,
Anyone have any ideas on how to get max battery life out of my HTC EVO? The shortened battery life is really interfering with the use of the phone. I keep the GPS off, I keep backround data off, I keep the 'sync' off. I've had the battery replaced with a new battery. I use the app Advanced Task killer. I can't have a live wallpaper cause it just drains the battery too fast. Yesterday I had to leave my phone home on the charger when I went out for dinner. I can't use my phone like it was intended cause the battery can't support it. I saw more powerful batteries online that are supposed to last longer than the battery it came with. Not sure if I should try it. I love my phone but I can't stand having to charge it twice a day. Help
