I haven't looked at it, BUT... it's one of the joys and pains of open-source that we end up with both awesome and not-so-awesome apps in our market. I don't think anyone really polices the stuff that goes in there. On the one hand that means we can get a lot more cool apps that don't have to pass muster with Steve Jobs, but on the other we DO end up with weird junk like this from time to time.
