APPOLICIOUS ADVISOR RATING:

5 of 5 bars
  • PRICE: Free
  • TASTY: Tons of features and a clean web-browsing interface.
  • BUMMER: There aren’t many, really.
  • COOL: Whole bunch of add-ons you can download, and even the ability to change the theme.

If you’re looking for a more complete browser experience on your tablet, Dolphin Browser HD makes for a great download.

Making excellent use of tablets’ bigger screens, Dolphin Browser comes with lots of cool features that make sense with a touch interface, like gesture controls and a “speed dial” section that lets you access commonly used sites.

You can split your browsing experience into multiple tabs, just like a full desktop browser, and there are tons of add-ons. You can even customize the look of Dolphin Browser with alternate themes.

This might be the most complete browser out there in the Android Market. For a free app, it works well and packs loads of features, making it a great way to get around the web on your tab.
