Need to get more organized? If you don’t already use some type of task-management tool, Conqu is a good place to start fresh, but it doesn’t offer enough features on its own to make switching worth your time if you already have a tool.
Conqu isn’t flashy, but it allows you to itemize every task and project you have on your list. The app’s “inbox” is not for email, it’s the older concept of having a tray of incoming work on your desk. Provide as much information about each task as you can, like title, context, associated tags, length of time to complete, due date, notes and energy level (easy, medium or hard), and Conqu will do its magic by prioritizing them.
Stay focused by using the app’s different views on your to-do list: today, next, future, waiting or the procrastinator’s favorite "back burner." These views remind you about priorities and the things you’ve put off, and will help you manage your time effectively.
You can delegate any task or send yourself reminders via an email share feature, and you can work offline with no connection to the Internet.
Overall, it’s a useful standalone tool, but in these fast-paced times, it would be nice to see more integration with other tools, like email, calendar, cloud storage or social networking services.
