Android App Tablet Review: Catch Notes

by Caitlin M. Foyt

Catch Notes for Android tablets is far from your typical notepad.

The app allows you to capture all of the important slices of life, via text, voice, images, and location. With the tablet-sized screen, you can write as little or as much as they like.

Because you can also take photos, you can shoot a picture of a recipe in a magazine or a mannequin in a store front window for later reference. The possibilities are pretty endless.

Catch Notes uses a Twitter-like hash tag system so you can keep your notes organized by category, without putting them into a folder. The app has a tidy interface so you won't lose track of your notes. You can also set a password for more private notes to help keep prying eyes away.

Remember to backup your notes to the Catch.com website too. That way, no matter what happens to your tablet, you'll always have your notes.
