APPOLICIOUS ADVISOR RATING:

4 of 5 bars
  • PRICE: Free
  • TASTY: A note taking app for visual thinkers.
  • BUMMER: This app does take a bit of time and patience to learn how to use.
  • COOL: You can share your mind maps with other Thinking Space users.

Thinking Space is the perfect tablet app for those who are visual learners.

Based on a diagram method that Leonardo Da Vinci used, the app allows you to develop your ideas, get organized or take notes using lines, colors and circles.

Thinking Space can be a little intimidating but the app's reference guide is extremely helpful in explaining the concept. It takes a minute of feeling around to figure out where things are and how they work, but Thinking Space really isn't difficult to use once you get the hang of it.

You'll be able to use the app to do just about anything that involves a pen and paper. By plotting out a short story, weighing the pros and cons of a pending decision, or planning a lecture, you'll discover Thinking Space is perfectly suited to the tablet format.
