When the Xfinity TV app first arrived in February it instantly added value to Xfinity cable subscribers as it allowed them to browse schedule listings, scan the library of On Demand content, change channels on their TV, jump their TV directly to an On Demand show, or schedule recordings on their DVRs.
This new update to the TV app provides support for Honeycomb-based tablets like the Motorola Xoom and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Additionally, the app now supports the latest phone Android OS Gingerbread.
Ustream Update (Free)
Ustream is a web service that presents live and recorded video. It focuses on live streaming of political, sporting, entertainment, news and educational events and boasts more than 2 million registered users.
This update to the Ustream Android app brings Honeycomb-based tablet support with additional screens not available on the phone version. It also optimizes live streaming for smoother playback, and allows App2SD to free up storage space.
