Today in Fresh Android Apps, put your face on the Mona Lisa using the newest update of PhotoFunia, help a friend find his way back to the forest in Take Me Home and put all your martial arts training to the test in Yoo Ninja Plus.
Have an unforgettable face? You may not ever be discovered by a modeling scout or be an artists’ muse, but that doesn’t mean you don’t belong pictured on billboards or featured in statues and paintings.
PhotoFunia, a photo effects lab that puts your face on over 150 different postage stamps, famous snowboarders and even famous landmarks like the Sphinx of Giza or Statue of Liberty, has just been updated. Recent changes include the ability for users to crop their photos and several bugs have been fixed to improve the overall functionality of the application. This app remains free, as it always has been, and is accessible to users of all ages.
Yoo Ninja Plus (Free)
Being a ninja just about having rock hard abs, being able to disappear in a cloud of smoke or climb the wall like Spiderman or wearing a hood mask. It takes years and years of difficult training in solitude. Perhaps the dream of being a ninja is enough?
In Yoo Ninja Plus, you have to run through four different worlds, dodging darts and gaping holes in the Earth to survive. A traditional running game with a bit of a twist, the game has a few different gaming modes, including a story mode to keep things exciting. The app is free in the Android Marketplace.
Take Me Home (Free)
In the physics game Take Me Home, you have to take Bubu back to the place where he grew up: the forest. It’s not as simple as throwing the little guy on your back and carrying him through the trees, though. This is a pretty involved little quest in which you must plan out your route and be careful to avoid the big, bad wolf-like characters that cross your path along the way.
