New Android apps worth downloading: Spotify and Opera Browser updates, Injustice: Gods Among Us

Get Spotify, our first app worth downloading today, and make use of the music streaming service's newest update, which allows you to connect wireless speakers for online and offline listening. The mobile version of the service is an app that lets you stream to your Android devices if you have a subscription, and also supports things like offline play, You can also share music with your friends or subscribe to the things they listen to, and wirelessly add your own music to your Android device. Spotify's new update adds Spotify Connect, the ability to listen to Spotify content through wireless speakers.

Opera also features a news feed of the latest stories from around the web to keep you current. Its latest update brings a complete user interface redesign aimed at tablet users, and lots of useful improvements and bug fixes to make the browsing experience even better.

Injustice: Gods Among UsWhat’s it about? Pit the heroes of the DC Comics Universe against one another in fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us, which has been redesigned fully with touch controls.

What’s cool? Injustice is a fighter that takes place in an alternate DC Comics Universe, in which Superman becomes something of a totalitarian ruler after the death of Lois Lane. That causes superheroes and villains to align either with Superman's regime or Batman's insurgency, creating a situation in which players can choose both heroes and villains from throughout the DC universe to fight one another. Players choose three characters they can switch in and out during battle for one-on-one fights, utilizing basic attacks and special moves to each character. You can also level up your characters after successful duels and make them more powerful or unlock new abilities.

Who’s it for? Fans of DC Comics and fighting games will find a lot to love about Injustice, especially if you like beating on Superman.
