by Phil Hornshaw

Make sharing photos between you and your friends at the same event easy with today's first fresh app, Motlee. It lets you create common photo streams to which you and your friends can upload images, so you'll never miss another shot someone else took of a wedding or concert. March Madness fans will want to check out our next app, ESPN Bracket Bound 2013, and we've also got top-down title Towelfight 2 for players who like shooting bad guys and finding treasure.

Motlee (Free)

MotleeWhat’s it about? Motlee provides users a way to share in the photo-gathering at events they're attending, creating shared photo streams to which multiple users can contribute.

What’s cool? Like some other photo-sharing apps, Motlee is designed to allow groups of friends all attending the same event to snap photos and share them together. It works by allowing users to create an event and invite others to take part, and then lets them all upload their photos to the common group. Streams can be made private or public and can be shared across Facebook. The app supports front and back cameras and lets you download other users' photos to your phone, and you can also interact by liking and commenting on shots taken by others.

Who’s it for? If you attend events with friends in which you want to share as many photos as you can, like weddings and concerts, check out Motlee.

What’s it like? Share photo albums you shoot with NAVER Photo Album, and while Photo Editor is good for just that.

Towelfight 2 ($2.99)

Towelfight 2What’s it about? Rogue-like action-adventure title Towelfight 2 has players venturing through top-down levels as they fight off vicious creatures by shooting animals from their character's face.

What’s cool? Though a bit on the goofy side, Towelfight 2 is a solid rogue-like title that features procedurally generated levels full of evil monsters that players have to fight off. To do that, they'll collect animals with various powers that serve as projectiles, all of which are blasted out of the character's face to wreak havoc on the bad guys. The game includes 40 different weapons to find and 80 augmentations to apply to them, and players will take down 10 massive, powerful bosses through the course of the game.

Who’s it for? Fans of rogue-like titles and games similar to the original Legend of Zelda should try Towelfight 2.

What’s it like? Try Legends of Yore and Block Rogue for two more fun rogue-like titles.
