Fresh Android Apps for July 19: The Verge, Mutant Roadkill, Inotia 4

by Marty Gabel

Leading off today’s Fresh Apps is The Verge, the mobile Android app version of the popular tech web site complete with latest news and reviews of consumer technology. Next up, we’ve got a couple of games with quite different characteristics. Mutant Roadkill is a racing game which will see you driving through hordes of mutants and doing anything to survive, while Inotia 4 is a Korean role-playing game from Com2uS with an in-depth story and a huge map to explore.

The Verge (Free)

Despite emerging later onto the scene than many established tech news and reviews websites, The Verge has become a firm favorite of many (this writer included) when it comes to reliable, in-depth reporting and thorough analyses of new products.

Now The Verge has its very own official app so you can get the latest technology news, reviews and up-to-the-minute scoops directly on your Android device even while you’re on the go. The interface is smooth and the app runs quickly, and as it’s merely version 1.0, expect further enhancements with future updates.
