I use Trillian on my laptop all day and I love it a lot, the app version is pretty awesome and has a lot of neat features and a few drawbacks if you don't have a Trillian Pro membership ($). It's extremely useful if you have more than one IM account (AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Gtalk, IRC, Jabber, etc) and want everything in one simple place. I do like that the newest release of this app has cloud sync for your conversations. I do wish that you could be signed in on your computer and your phone and have messages delivered to both places, though this is likely a restriction on the IM services side and not Trillian.
