I have used this app for a few different things. It has been good for everyday use if you have a standard group of people you like to talk to - rather than trying to do a mass text to lots of people you can just open this up and send one text to your group - it's like having an email list for texting. I have also used the group call function, and it worked way better than expected - you just dial the group and it calls each person individually into a conference call. The other situation I have used this app was while attending a bachelor party in another city. Everyone was leaving to go at different times, and not everyone had hotel rooms at the same place. This app made it really easy for everyone to meet up and to coordinate the activities for the weekend, and I'm not sure it would've gone as well without this app.
