On my phone prior to 2.2, this was a great app to kill apps running in the background and consuming battery/data. It features an End All widget that allowed you to kill apps with one tap. Now on 2.2, it provides you a great insight on what your phone is doing and where the storage is consumed. You can also just leave it up to Android to manage CPU and storage!
