Find an Android friend who also has the 'Bump' app and lightly bump your phones together. Actions that can take place are: Share photos, apps, and contacts. Also after you bump, keep sending messages any time, anywhere, complete with instant notifications.
This App allows you to share Apps, contacts and more, all just by holding your phone next to someone else's; you don't actually have to bump your phone into theirs. It's an awesome way to show someone a cool app.

A cool app that lets you share files by giving your homie a bump. If you already have other means of sharing then stick with that, but if you want to try something quick and cool then try this. This idea is a neat one. Could save time at a meetup by sharing information through phones but I don't see it replacing business cards anytime soon. I did try it recently with friends at a social dinner and provided a good smile or two. I think this idea can be implemented in other apps and be way better utilized. Paypal is one example, where it is used and works great.
My sister originally mentioned this app to me so I thought I would give it a try. The idea here is that you pick which files you want to share and bump your phones together as you grip them in your hand. The app uses your Bluetooth connection to transfer files.
While the app works fast for smaller files, if you queue up multiple files to share it can take a long time and freeze up your phone.
While the idea seems interesting to some, it is very much gimmicky. Transferring files over your Bluetooth connection without the use of this app is MUCH faster.
I recommend this to those who think that transferring files over Bluetooth is boring. Other than that, stick with what your phone came with.
