Picasa Tool Pro by odnamra
A solid tool for uploading your photos to a Picasa account. I would give it five bars if you could set "watch folders" for automatic uploading. Also, there should be an option for setting multiple scan folders in the options.

the video was good and informative. i was happy to hear that the publisher is affiliated with google.
