eBay fans rejoice! While there may not be a ton of amazing apps available for the Android platform at this time, we’ve finally got a full featured eBay app available in the form of Pkt Auction.

Pkt Auction allows you to do just about everything you can do on your computer with an Ebay account except for being able to edit your actual account information and start a sale. Considering you probably won’t need that while you’re on the go, this app does more than enough to keep your eBay needs satisfied. Once you log into the account you’ll be able to use all the features the app has to offer. If you decide not to log in, you’ll be missing out on the My eBay section so you can’t really bid, watch, or monitor the sale of any item.

The app allows you to manually search for an item or even scan the barcode of an item and try to find it that way. This is a really great use of the barcode scanner app and can make things easier for you when you’re out shopping and just want to see if you can snag the item cheaper on eBay. Sometimes it will be easier to just search the title, but scanning the barcode will provide you with a little more accurate results most of the time. Directly from the app you can bid or watch an item and monitor all of that progress. In the final 15 minutes of the bid, you can even configure it to alert you if you’ve been out bid or the status of your watched item.

Pkt Auction is an awesome app with a lot of features. Android phone owners who find themselves using eBay quite a bit will fall in love with this app. It’s very easy to use so even those not eBay savvy will have no issue navigating this app.
