Mobile Banking is an app for the Android platform created by Bank of America. To start off, this app is useless to anyone who doesn't have Bank of America, but what makes it worse is that this, like it's iPhone counterpart, is simply a bookmark to a formatted webpage.
One of the first things you'll notice when using this app is the fact that the menu button does absolutely nothing. Also, pressing the back button will return you to the main screen, effectively logging you out. To navigate back a page, you'll have to hit the link on the page to do that correctly
Besides those issues, this app works exactly like the mobile website does. There is really no difference whatsoever. What makes it worse is that the website version will allow you to hit the back button instead of fumble for the small link they list.
Even if you have Bank of America, there is no reason to download this app. It feels like they rushed this app out on both platforms just to grab the name Mobile Banking so others couldn't fight over it. When it comes down to it, the web version of this app is that much easier to use and doesn't have to be displayed prominently like the app icon is.
