There are a ton of awesome applications out there for the Android platform but one of the largest flaws with the market is app discovery and installation. On many different phones, finding and installing apps can be quite a hassle and can actually discourage looking for new apps.
AppBrain is a service trying to solve this dilemma and bring the fun into app discovery and installation. The app has users create an account online to start. Once a user has found the specific app they were looking for, or finds one of the many featured or suggested apps available, they click the install button on their pc. Then, at their convenience users can hop on their phone, open the app and install every app they chose.
The process is extremely simple and the service was actually a great central hub for app tracking and discovery. It brought a lot of organization to the messy Android Market and made the steps from finding the app to installing it a breeze to complete. If you have an Android phone, this app is a must have. The only complaint I had with it is that it still has to go through the Market app and can't automatically install applications. If that feature was enabled, this app would be hands down the best app available. Check it out.
