Any Cut is a handy little app that allows you to instantly create shortcuts for nearly any function that your phone has to offer. All you need to do is load up the app and select what you want it to make a shortcut for. After that, Any Cut instantly places the shortcut directly on your homescreen.
 
 When you select new shortcut, Any Cut gives you four options: Direct Call, Direct Text Message, Activity, and Make Your Own. The first two allow you to select from your contacts and create an instant call or text shortcut.
 
 The Activity option allows you to select from pretty much anything your phone can do. This includes launching any application and some of the features that applications offer as well. While some of these options are available to you from the standard Android interface, you'll find the rest available in this app.
 
 If you want to get hands on you can always use the Make Your Own option, but you'll probably find everything you need listed in the app itself. Any Cut is pretty handy and definitely improves on the shortcut function Android already offers.
