Android App Tablet Review: AmazonFresh

by Caitlin M. Foyt

AmazonFresh might be the easiest way to shop for groceries on your Android tablet.

The service does all the grunt work for you and delivers your groceries directly to your door.

It’s easy to go through AmazonFresh's virtual grocery aisles and select what you need. The app also has a barcode search option so you can take physical items from your pantry or fridge, scan them, and add them to your cart. For your convenience, you can set when you would like your groceries to be delivered.

Before you can make use of the app, you must first set up an account online and place your first order on the AmazonFresh website.

The one key bummer with this app is that it's only available to tablet users living near Seattle. Hopefully it’ll be available to more customers in more cities soon.
