A great action RPG, but controls are a little touchy

  • App review for ZENONIA® LITE

One of the few quality RPGS out on the android platform, Zenonia contains a decent plot, beatiful graphics, and good gameplay. The controls can be a little hard to use, especially attacking as the hero slices twice for ever button press. Abilities are a little haphazard as well, I think an instruction manual might be needed. Still a fun experience on my phone and I'm looking forward to buying the full game.

Great fun, but software has a learning curve

GeoBeagle is a free application that lets you track, find and log Geocaches. Essentially a freeware version of the offical geocaching application, GeoBeagle lets you find caches using the geocaching.com website and feed the location data to GeoBeagle, where it'll use you phone's GPS to guide to the Geocache. For a beginning geocacher it's a great application that wont deflate the wallet.

Fun, quick based strategy game

Antibody gives you a series of different sized 'cells' with you and an AI opponent trying to take over the neutral cells in a bid to overwhelm to other. Gameplay is very fast paced, and has you clicking as fast as you can. There's not a whole lot of variety in gameplay, but it's still a good bit of fun.

A great notetaking utility

One of the first things I noticed on my EVO 4G was the lack of a notepad utility. There was no way to simply jot down quick information for myself. ColorNote covers this functionality with a simple and direct interface, an easy to read note screen and the ability to sort notes visually. It also allows for password protected encrypted notes, in case of sensitive information. The UI is surprisingly friendly for big fingered folks, although I cannot say the same for the HTC sense keyboard...

The game is pretty straightforward, your little "imp" jumps up in the air and keeps jumping every time he nabs a coin, you tilt the phone itself left or right to control his fall and try to keep him up in the air as high and as long as you can. The game has gorgeous graphics and is a great pick-up-and-play game for waiting in line

Fun at first, but quickly wear off

This app does exactly what is advertised. It puts a block on your screen and will produce a fireflower, coin or mushroom randomly when clicked on. It was amusing for a little while, but eventually found its way off my phone later that day.

I enjoy this app. I like seeing where my friends are and finding new places to visit. It is also a nice touch to be the mayor of your local favorites.

Install or remove apps on your phone from the web. It really just queue's them up for you to install them for you but it does come in handy. If it auto installed I would give it a 5

Advantages is you do not need to use minutes to call and check your voicemail. The transcription service is right about 30 percent of the time. And for my Southern friends with an accent about 10 percent of the time :)
