Poor Interface

As a fan of FoxNews, I wanted to like this. It sure has access to all of the FoxNews website content - and it does it in a nicely organized way with huge tabs for: News Stories, Video, Slideshows, [Fox News TV] Shows and Favorites. It also groups news by interest (Top Stories, U.S., World, Politics, Entertainment, etc.).

But while the least used tabs are big and easily useable, the more used interest slider is tiny, hard to use and doesn't support swiping.

Additionally, the entire interface is clunky, doesn't support standard Droid swiping, back swiping that would improve this from a lackluster app to a great one.

Although some of the nuanced features from the web are missing, this is the best implementation of Facebook on the Droid. It covers your friends, the newsstream, pictures, notifications and the core functionality in a small-screen friendly format. Great job!

One Click Kill - Awesome

Most people stick with the defaults, which opens the app and gives you an excellent defautl list of apps to clobber. Adjust the settings to make this a one click experience to kill all unneeded apps. It's quick, efficient and probably one of the best and most useful apps out there.

The Widget is customizable with up to three rows of information (percentage left, time left, accuracy of estimation - and a host of other useful options). The free version treats all batteries the same, while the PRO version allows you to create different battery profiles so estimation and results are more accurate. Not much more this great little app could do to make me happier.

Wow, what a game. Just downloaded it a few hrs back and I played it ever since. Great to see you can fly your plane using the motion sensors. The graphics are great as well as the sound effects.

Would love it if they would allow me to change the location of the buttons as on the tab the buttons are too far out!

Great way to keep your music on the cloud

Audiogalaxy finally made putting your music on the cloud easy. You simply install a helper program on your server and then watch as audiogalaxy collects all the data on your music. The music appears on the web, in your phone, or anywhere you can access audiogalaxy by web. A great app and its simple to use. I set it up in less than 15 minutes. The only thing is it marks your music on the audiogalaxy system based on the music sound so i have a few songs showing up as artist b1,b2, etc and that's not right so I'm hoping they iron out the kinks with their music tagging to I know the correct artist. Other than that though, it works, the music streams great and its easy to use.

I really like this app for its simplicity of clearing out all the caches at once. You load the app, it warns you, you hit ok, clears cache. I wish it was a bit more, like a list of everything its going to clean but still does the job. :D

I love this app. It organizes my music very pleasantly. It has a version of cover flow. The now playing window is very nice and smooth. The graphics fit my phone's screen perfectly. The controls are nice and big so its easy to select what to do. The album art is presented very beautifully. Over all the controls are easy to access and use. The music is well-organized and you can create playlist. It's worked so well for me I honestly don't want to use another music player. I'll try them but I'm not sure I'll switch permanently.

I love amazon for their quick shipping and from experience great customer support. I always check amazon for a product to see if they have it, shipping times and price. They aren't always the cheapest price but often times I can save on shipping. This app allows easy purchasing with amazon 1 click and great browsing abilities. Barcode support as well. A great app for a store like amazon.

It's a great compliment to shopper or shop savvy.

Great, simple, fast, are the words that describe this app. This app searches your phone and shows you the apps able to be installed. You press the app you want and it installs it. Super simple. Worked with the handful of apps I tested it with and its great.

easy way to try new roms

I like this app for its simplicity. It allows you to get ota roms and download them and install them. It allows you to boot into recovery mode to do things manually. Fixes permissions as well and cleans dalvik cache. It's a great app that makes switching rom easy. However, doesn't always work, sometimes the rom download list goes dead. Also needs more support from rom developers and chefs. Its not foolproof but works almost always.

If you want to play scrabble with friends then get this app. This app offers a simple and effective way to play scrabble with a lot of friends. You can play 20 games at once. Has a chat feature and profile photo feature. Pause and continue later. The ads might be a little annoying to some but there is a pay version for no ads.

For racings fans of all ages. I love this game. It has plenty of cars and maps. The accelerometer control is really good on my samsung epic. It's androids answer to need for speed. Great graphics and amazing races. Will have you coming back for more races. The game has traffic. I guess the only thing I wish for is better multiplayer support. The future is looking good.

Tetris, an eternal classic. This app will probably live on after the world ends. It's great, its mind torturing but lots of fun. The graphics are sweet, the controls are nice. There are some added bonuses to the game, new game elements that slightly make you change your strategy and keep tetris fresh. Probably the tetris game to get.

Great airplane fighter game. Set in WW2. Easy controls, beautiful graphics considering the platform. Plays well and is easy to control. Could us a bit more features but overall if your into airplane fighters, this is the one to get.

This app is a lot of fun. With lots of levels, fun characters, and great physics, the app allows itself to be played and remain high on your fun metter a long time. You probably will come back to this game numerous times. This is not a play once and forget game.

Playing monopoly with KLM houses

Fun app but only really useful for the people who actually collects the KLM houses. These houses are handed out to people flying Business Class on KLM-flights. I just have one house and was able to quickly find it and add it to my collection.

The app displays the houses easy so you can navigate around, it even offers the ability to see them on a map!

Now let's hope one day I will be able to collect the rest of the 90 houses as well!
