Amazing game, was always jealous on all my iPhone-friends but now Android has it as well.

Captivating game, great game play, fun sound effects and will for sure keep you busy for hours. When you have finished all levels, you can even try to improve the scores and go all the way up to 3 stars :)

Dig it, dig it dig it. Makes managing my apps much more manageable and gives me cool recommendations based on my download history. Kinda like Tivo recognizing your habits and recording shows for you. Any app that syncs with a website has my support.

If there is a group for addicts of Angry Birds, find a meeting asap because you're destined to lose your vision playing this awesome game. Great simple graphics and hilarious sound bites from the birds and ear popping crashing sounds. My D2 handles it so well down to the smallest move on the screen. Plug in your charger cause you will not be able to put it down!

Best Scrabble-like Game

Not only is the interface super easy to use, but the ability to play your friends or random players makes this is a fabulous app.

It includes notifications, customizable account icon, integration with your contacts (if desired) and a super-easy and playable interface. Together with Word Up, this is my absolute favorite game on the Droid platform.

I loved this so much, I gladly purchased the paid version for ~$3 to remove the ads and support the developer.

Where Was this game All my life!??

Growing up, I owned several of those pocket fishing games...complete with the fake rod and real and tiny black and white video screen.
This game COMPLETELY blows all of them out of the water!!

Not only does it do everything those toys did way back when...but it offers so much more. The casts actually depend on your flicking the wrist...and somehow manages to detect strength and placement of the cast.

VERY realistic - saltwater and freshwater locations. Over 100 species of fish...

Online scoring allows you to post your biggest catches (weight, species, bait used, location, etc) and compare/compete with others everywhere!

If this game has any downside, it's that it's SO addicting! I'm always struggling to put it down.

By far one of the best games out there for Android.

Their site tells a lot more:

Fun little zero-consequence game. It really is the perfect kind of game for a quick second of boredom.

Its multi-player option is fun, but your latency will be an issue on cell networks (as opposed to wifi), so you'll probably lose most games under that circumstance.

The graphics (and game in general) are simple and easy to understand.

Its a very easy game to play and fun to get good at. Overall worth the money.

This is a great site/app/community for Android. As we all know, the market isn't what it should be for weeding through the scamware and fakes, getting decent reviews, or carrying on conversations about your apps. Appolicious meets that need and then some. Thanks so much, guys. You are great!

A fun game for a quick play

  • App review for Hyper Jump
  • Posted by ChargerIIC September 15, 2010
  • Recommended for Gamers or Students

HyperJump has a pretty simple mechanic, your 'imp' leaps from one gold coin to the next, gaining powerups and trying to get higher and higher in the air. The demo version (Hyper Jump Lite) contains pretty much the complete game, but the full version opens customization options and gets rid of the nag windows. While being able to change my imp into a witch doctor isn't all that exciting, being able to flip between the two game modes; with or without power ups does help extend gameplay. Worth the 3 bucks if you enjoy the lite version.

Grave Dfence - well done tower defence game.

There are lot of tower defence games on android market already. Still I want to tell you about the Grave Defence game. The developer of it recently issued an update, which made the game really good balanced thus much more interesting. So it is really worth to try.

In this game you act as a commander of forces which are facing cruel mutants' invasion. Your task is to protect people in the city and suburb from being killed by creeps. Your arsenal consists of TEN totally different types of weapon which you can also upgrade if find this reasonable. During each mission you suppose to pick the right strategy to hold the waves of furious evil creatures.

Each mission you're sent to pass is different. Each time you have to choose the right strategy to win the battle. So you cannot keep winning map by map using the same build-order again and again that will bury you for sure.

So yes indeed this game requires players to be smart to play it is not one-day game, nevertheless it is ultra addicting game.

Wish you luck guys in battles against monsters!

Must have if you're a fan of:
- Tower defence games;
OR
- Really nice graphics games;
OR
- Zombie theme.
OR
- Just fun games :)

awesome

Wordfeud is android's answer to the iphone's uber-popular Words with Friends. It's scrabble with your friends as well as strangers. You can play up to 20 games at the same time. And whoever you are playing has up to 48 hours to respond before they automatically forfeit the game. If you love scrabble and word games check this app out. Best part about it is the fact that it's free.

Bringing war to your phone

Armored Strike is like a good classic game of tanks, but with so much more to offer.

In this game you pit yourself against CPU's or other players online in the vehicle of your choice. A total of 7 vehicles are available ranging from various types of tanks to mech warrior type vehicles. You earn more vehicles as you play through the game, gain experience and further your rank. Each type of vehicle has different statistics for armor, movement, ballistic range, firing angle and damage bonuses.

A player can pick their trajectory, strength of their shot, take the wind into consideration as well as the weapon selected and fire at their opponents. A total of 31 weapons are available for purchase in the game as well as 9 terrain types and 75 achievements. The more damage you do, the more money you gain to purchase more weapons for further rounds.

The best feature of the game is the online multiplayer. Players can duke it out in their own game or join another game. This classic tank game has a modern touch with extreme firepower. Worth the money and your time.

This app is great, because of it's endless amount of fun. You can play this for hours without getting tired out. The only minus for this app is that it's not getting sold in for instance the danish android market. So alot people like me can't buy the full version even though it only costs 2 or 3 dollars

Our son was visiting us from Hawaii, and he was playing Scrabble with his wife who was still in HI, on their iPhones. My wife and I thought that was pretty cool so I searched for it on the Appolicious and found this game. Now my wife and I play all the time. It's alot of fun.
