This is a super fun photo editing app with a whole lot of capabilities. You can get really creative with the drawing tool, stickers, effects (water color, sketcher, pastels) and a lot more. It also comes with it's own camera and photos are easily shareable on all of the other social platforms.
This is a really great looking file manager with a cool visual appeal to make life much easier (reminds me a bit of a Windows/Mac) with drag and drop and two panes.

If you use a bunch of social media sites, or especially if you manage several pages, Hootsuite is a fantastic tool for managing them all. You can see all of your feeds, plus schedule posts across all platforms. The app works great when I'm out of the office.

Springpad is a note taking app on steroids. Totally dig it! You can save and organize many different things, from websites to snap shots and personal notes. Great for collecting research or just saving yummy recipes.
There are times when I'm on the go but need to take a look at a document, or download a restaurant menu. Adobe reader app is very handy to have, and I like that you can leave notes and share them with collaborators.
