Review for MOG Mobile Music

APPOLICIOUS ADVISOR RATING:

4 of 5 bars
  • PRICE: Free
  • TASTY: A huge amount of music on demand and available for download.
  • BUMMER: Interface could stand to be bigger and make better use of the tablet screen.
  • COOL: Curated lists from MOG editors and customizable playlists.

With a MOG Mobile Music subscription, you get access to 11 million songs on your tablet.

You can check out MOG with a free seven-day trial, and thereafter decide if you want to pay a $9.99 monthly subscription. Once you’re into MOG, you can search for tracks and listen to them using an Internet connection, or you can download tracks to your device. On tablets, you can browse through lots of tracks all at once, including new releases, what’s hot on the charts, and even curated lists from MOG editors.

The app is also filled with information about the artists and bands behind the music. It could stand to have an interface that is better optimized for a big tablet screen, but that’s a minor complaint for all kinds of music at your fingertips.

Rock out on your tablet with MOG Mobile Music.

I've started sharing some great playlists in MOG that I have come across. Please share ones you have created with the group.
