Android App Tablet Review: Minesweeper for Honeycomb

by Andrew Koziara

Minesweeper for Honeycomb is another entry into the flood of Minesweeper titles available on Android tablets.

The game is classic minesweeper, plain and simple. You choose between three difficulties with the fourth unlocked in the full version of the game. You can’t set the size of the grid or number of mines yourself, which is a downside. Unless you’re into probability algorithms, this is a simple guessing game.

Playing on a tablet was nice I suppose, but the game doesn’t exactly make use of the processing power or HD screen. There really isn’t much to say about this one. It doesn’t do anything to really set itself apart from the dozens of other copies of this title, although playing with the large grid on the larger screen was much easier.

Minesweeper lives on in your Android Tablet… and it shan’t ever die.
