diablolita says: There are some really great photo sharing apps available, but what about photo editing? Well, you might be surprised at what you can do on your smart phone or tablet. These apps are terrific
diablolita's picks
  1. Adobe Photoshop Express
Adobe Photoshop Express A good solid image editor that while has the Adobe Photoshop name attached, isn't quite up to par with the software version. However, you can quickly crop, fix, edit and share photos from your phone's camera.
  2. PicsArt - Photo Studio
PicsArt - Photo Studio This is a super fun photo editing app with a whole lot of capabilities. You can get really creative with the drawing tool, stickers, effects (water color, sketcher, pastels) and a lot more. It also comes with it's own camera and photos are easily shareable on all of the other social platforms.
  3. Pixlr-o-matic
Pixlr-o-matic If you like filters, effects, overlays and borders, then you will absolutely love this app. Recently voted best in it's category, and I tend to agree. These really make your photos look cool.
  4. Photo Grid-Collage Maker
Photo Grid-Collage Maker Not so much a photo editor, but still a pretty neat tool for creating interesting photo collages. it's very easy to use, and the results look great!
  5. PhotoWonder
PhotoWonder Decent app that covers all the bases from filters to effects and collage to frames. It works well and is a nice all around photo editing solution. The pics do come out a little small, however.
