My Tracks It's integrated with your Google account and it's quite nice and simple. You must be connected to download maps (but you can use it without connection too). It also tracks speed and altitude on a separate graph; capable of exporting trails as GPX,KML,CSV and TCX; capable of importing GPX files.
OruxMaps Very nice cartographic viewer/tracker; if you are not willing to pay for OziExplorer (or other similar products) then try this! Once map's are converted you're ready to go! Integrated some useful functions: tracks, way point's, online and offline maps. Give it a try.
Endomondo Sports Tracker Very nice app, this not only tracks your position and display on the map but also upload your track to the Endomondo community so that all users can share their activities/trails.
MapDroyd Useful to show your position on predownloaded maps when you are totally offline; it does not record trails but just show your position on the map. Good map segmentation so you can download just areas of interest instead of entire countries to minimize bandwidth consumption and device space occupation.
yozi A simply cartographic viewer with support for OziExplorer maps (format: ozf2/ozfx3). Support POI's.
