  1. Runkeeper - GPS Track Run Walk
    Runkeeper - GPS Track Run Walk Everytime I run the lake or go for a really long walk I use this app. I love the interface and it's never failed me. Love that it will upload stats and share with my facebook / twitter account.
  2. Noom Coach: Weight Loss Plan
    Noom Coach: Weight Loss Plan Great app for keeping track of your workouts and what you're eating. It will not track specific food intake only calories.
  3. Endomondo - Running & Walking
    Endomondo - Running & Walking A friend recommended this app to try because of it's interface and ease of use.
  4. CardioTrainer
    CardioTrainer Another friend recommendation for an app to try to help with a couch to 5k program. Great for setting goals and achieving them!
  5. Learn to Run 5K Pro
    Learn to Run 5K Pro Another app for couch to 5k.



Another one to suggest: Fitness Buddy : 1700 Exercises. Great app work for weightlifters of all skill levels looking to improve their fitness. You can find the app here:
