  1. Runkeeper - GPS Track Run Walk
    Runkeeper - GPS Track Run Walk Everytime I run the lake or go for a really long walk I use this app. I love the interface and it's never failed me. Love that it will upload stats and share with my facebook / twitter account.
  2. Noom Coach: Weight Loss Plan
    Noom Coach: Weight Loss Plan Great app for keeping track of your workouts and what you're eating. It will not track specific food intake only calories.
  3. Endomondo - Running & Walking
    Endomondo - Running & Walking A friend recommended this app to try because of it's interface and ease of use.
  4. Noom CardioTrainer
    Noom CardioTrainer Another friend recommendation for an app to try to help with a couch to 5k program. Great for setting goals and achieving them!
  5. C25K Pro
    C25K Pro Another app for couch to 5k.



Another one to suggest: Fitness Buddy : 1700 Exercises. Great app work for weightlifters of all skill levels looking to improve their fitness. You can find the app here:
