    Yoga Yo can view the names and pictures of all the yoga poses. When you click on one it give you a picture and detailed step by step directions of what to do. You can all so pick poses by body parts and by therapeutic. You can also favorite your favorite positions.

    Yoga Exercises This app gives you different poses a picture and the meaning behind the pose. You can view categories and pick specifically what you'd like to work on. You can also 'favorite' what you like
  3. Yoga Trainer Lite 2
    Yoga Trainer Lite 2 This is the perfect app for yoga beginners. After a brief introduction you are introduced to the most basic poses. You are given a picture and step by step instructions. There are also nice beginner tips. There are three sections. Each pose has a little timer counting down for you so you don't have to worry about how long you have to hold each pose for. You can also view a couple of alternative poses and see some yoga resources.
