Handcent SMS Want a custom texting experience? This is the app for you.
SwiftKey X Keyboard The super way to text. This app learns what you say most of the time and begins predicting your conversations. Eventually you barely need to use the keyboard at all. Awesome for the habitual texter.
Shazam Want to know what that song is? Who sings it? Yeah, there's an app for that and it's awesome. It can even pick out obscure Indian dance music.
Droid Light Turn your flash into a flash light. Bright and definitely good enough for that rummage around the basement.
