Their support is awesome (I've gone so far as to just call them to chat about upcoming devices - and they've politely and enthusiastically entertained me), I have no issues with their network (*ahem* iPhone users, nudge), and now that they've released the Galaxy S (branded the T-Mobile Vibrant), I've even got one of the fanciest Android handsets. Not only that, but I feel like they really get their customers, just checkout these awesome apps that come pre-installed on the phone.
