I always open this app whenever I travel somewhere foreign to me in order to get a grasp on where I am, where I'm going and what's around me so I don't feel like such a typical wondering tourist. Asking for directions has become a thing of the past and I love it, especially because I've found that people give you more respect when you're not walking around with a tremendously confused face

Simply the best application out there for navigating almost anywhere. Voice search is very handy and the GPS is extremely accurate.

Hi...I just want to ask anyone regarding this app. I have the Samsung Galaxy 5 and I have the GOOGLE MAPS app. But I can't seem to use it. Do I need to access a wiFi connection to use this?

No Wifi is required, you should be able to access it using any data-connection. It could be that in your country Google Maps is not available

I'm wondering if there is an app out there that has the 911 maps on it. I live in the boonies and would like to be able to navigate the backcountry roads.
